Kolkata's BM Birla Heart Hospital hosts knowledge sharing workshop on Redo Valve Cardiac Surgery
Kolkata/IBNS: Kolkata's BM Birla Heart Hospital hosted a knowledge sharing and learning workshop on Redo Valve Cardiac Surgery last week.

The two-day event, which was held on May 10 and 11, brought together leading international cardiac surgeons to exchange knowledge and experience in this specialized field.
Manoj Daga, Director - CTVS (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery) of BM Birla Heart Hospital, led the workshop marking a significant milestone in the global advancement of cardiac surgery.
The workshop witnessed participation from several esteemed cardiac surgeons from Bangladesh.
According to Top Doctors UK, redo cardiac surgery is needed when a patient who has had previous heart surgery lives longer as a result, requiring further surgery to maintain the results and effectiveness of their heart's health.
