Cloudbursts in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla, Kullu, Mandi kill 2, over 50 missing
Shimla/IBNS: At least two people have died and over 50 are missing after cloudbursts took place in Himachal Pradesh's Shimla, Kullu and Mandi, media reports said.
Several houses, schools and hospitals have been damaged by the cloudbursts.
All schools, colleges are shut.
Rescue operations are underway.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said, "The water level of the rivers has increased due to cloudburst. Due to which there is a flood situation in the rivers and streams. All the residents of the state are requested to avoid going near the rivers and streams.
"In this hour of crisis, the state government is standing shoulder to shoulder with the people of the state."
"Teams of NDRF, SDRF, Home Guard and Fire Services are engaged in relief, search and rescue work. Help has also been sought from the Army. Relief and rescue work is going on on a war footing by the local administration," he said.

Sukhu said he was assured of all help by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Though he claims the situation is under control, Sukhu said the roads have been managed.
Manali has been disconnected, said the Chief Minister.
