BSF detain three more Bangladesh nationals from Unakoti border
Acting on specific intelligence two Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended in the area of Border Outpost (BOP) Murtichera in Unakoti District on Wednesday, while they were trying to enter Indian territory by negotiating border fence. The apprehended individuals are residents of Madaripur District, Bangladesh.
BSF through a press statement said that in another operation on Wednesday, BSF troops apprehended one Bangladeshi in the area of BOP Danpur under Sepahijala district, while he was trying to negotiate border fence from Bangladesh side. Apprehended Bangladeshi national is resident of Comilla district, Bangladesh.
BSF has stepped up domination and operation along the border in Tripura to prevent infiltration/ exfiltration and trans-border crime.
