In a tragic incident, a class nine girl student of Agartala's prominent school died in mysterious condition at the quarters complex of Accountant General (AG) at 79-Tilla of Agartala.
Sources said that on Tuesday night at 11 PM, the mother of the deceased girl along with other neighbours of AG quarters found her with multiple injuries at the ground of an under-construction four-storey building in the same quarters complex. Immediately, she was shifted to Trauma centre at GB Hospital in critical condition.
Later, doctors put her in ventilation, but in the wee hours of Wednesday she, Abri Das (15) succumbed due to her critical injuries, possibly for jumping from the fourth floor roof of the under-construction building. Abri was a class nine meritorious student of Auxilium Girls school of Agartala.

But, after 8.10 PM, she went to the kitchen of their quarter and her mother thought she may have taken some food.
After completing her online-tuition, Abri’s mother was unable to trace her in their quarter, then she started every nook and corner of their residence complex along with their neighbours and ultimately, they traced her at the ground of the newly constructed building with multiple injuries.
Her mother alleged that Abri was meritorious and very conscious student and she never commit suicide. She suspected that someone may have killed her daughters and demanded justice for the untimely death of their only daughter. On Wednesday afternoon, after the autopsy, the mortal remains of Abri were handed over to her relatives for last rites.
