A farmer sustained severe injuries after his hand got caught in a paddy harvesting machine (tractor) while working in an agricultural field in South Maharani area of Udaipur under Gomati district on Tuesday morning.
The injured farmer has been identified as Sagar Manik Jamatia, a resident of South Maharani in Udaipur.
Sources said that, Sagar went to his agricultural field on Tuesday morning, as usual, carrying the necessary equipment for farming. While working in the field, his hand accidentally got caught in the paddy harvesting machine, leaving him seriously injured.
