Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha on Sunday evening soon after returning from G-20 Summit in New Delhi, in which he participated in the grand dinner hosted by the President of India said that the entire world witnessed the capable leadership of India led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The two days long G-20 Summit on Sunday ended in the presence of global top leaders, India as ‘Vishwa Guru’ and PM Modi’s vision of India’s place in the world in sharper focus, said Dr Saha.
He said that over the years, the prime minister has frequently spoken about India’s growing stature on the international stage during his tenure, portraying it as a guide to the world.
As the G20 concluded on Sunday and Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed over the presidency to Brazil, there was recognition of the efforts India made to arrive at a consensus on a joint communique. The theme for India’s G20 presidency was “Vasudhaiva Kutambakam — One Earth, One Family, One Family” which reflected the vision of the Prime Minister, said Dr Saha .
He said that the PM during the past 9 to 10 months has spread the vision of the G-20 Summit across the country and many seminars, meetings and events had been organized across the country. In Tripura, the G-20 Science Summit was held in participation of global experts and discussed ‘Green Hydrogen’. The PM has highlighted the country’s one district and one product.
The PM has stressed over the welfare and happiness of humanity should always be ensured and three vital resolutions including India-Middle East-Europe corridor, partnership in global infrastructure and inclusion of African union into G-20 is very significant, particularly for India, said Dr Saha.
The unanimous adoption of the Delhi declaration proved the leadership of India under PM Modi, said Dr Saha.
“This is today’s India… This India thinks in a new way and spreads the beam of light in the world even after getting into the dark zone. In the 21st Century, this India will solve the biggest problems of the world.” The Vision of PM’s ‘Sab Ka Saath, Sab Ka Viswas’ has also reflected in the summit with a vision of one world , one family, said Dr Saha.
“I heartily congratulate our beloved & diligent Prime Minister of Bharat Shri Narendra Modi Ji for the successful hosting of the momentous #G20SummitIndia. I thank & salute you on behalf of all the sisters & brothers of #Tripura for taking up the pride of Bharat to the next level,” said Dr Saha through social media.
