Since early hours of Wednesday, Monsoon rains in and around Agartala severely affected the normal life as major parts of the city are marooned due heavy and intermittent rains. Since June 10, Monsoon rain hit Tripura with moderate winds and incessant rain, but since Wednesday morning the incessant rain across Agartala severely affected the normal life and parts of the city including its low-lying suburb areas have also submerged with rain water.
