Mukhyamantri Samipeshu: CM addresses public grievances

The 54th episode of the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu program was held today at the official residence of Chief Minister Prof. (Dr.) Manik Saha, following the conclusion of Durga Puja celebrations.
The program allows citizens from far and wide to directly interact with the Chief Minister and seek assistance for various issues.
During Wednesday’s session, individuals approached the Chief Minister with medical and other personal problems, each receiving guidance and assurance of support.
Tapas Roy from Mohorchhara in Teliamura requested help for his ailing son.
In response, the Chief Minister immediately consulted with the Medical Superintendent of GB Hospital and directed necessary measures to ensure treatment within the state.
Mahua Roy from Ramnagar, Agartala, sought assistance for her daughter’s treatment, to which the Chief Minister assured all possible support.
Rinku Sarkar from Barjala, Agartala, reported financial difficulties in arranging medical care for her ailing husband; the Chief Minister promised necessary medical assistance and also confirmed support through social welfare and social education department allowances.
Other attendees, including Dulal Sen from Dhanpur in Sonamura and Milan Pal from Ramnagar, Agartala, also shared their concerns and left assured that their issues would be addressed.
The event was attended by key officials, including Tapas Roy, Secretary of the Social Welfare and Social Education Department; Dr Tapan Majumdar, Director of Health Services; Dr Shankar Chakraborty, Medical Superintendent of GB Hospital; Dr. Debashree Debbarma, Medical Superintendent of IGM Hospital; and Dr Shiromani Debbarma, Medical Superintendent of Atal Bihari Vajpayee Regional Cancer Center, among others.
