In a vibrant celebration of National Sports Day under aegis of Spear Corps, a friendly volleyball match was held between the Agartala Military Station team and the Umakanta Volleyball Academy team.
The Spear Corps of Indian Army through a press statement said that National Sports Day, observed annually on August 29, marks the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand. This day serves as a reminder of the importance of sports and physical activity in fostering a healthy and active lifestyle. The friendly match between the Military Station team and the Umakanta Volleyball Academy team was a testament to this spirit.
The game witnessed a thrilling display of skill and teamwork from both teams. The players, showcasing exceptional athleticism and determination, kept the audience on the edge of their seats throughout the match.
