When their private car with heavy speed reached the Koroimura area of Bagma under RK Pur police station, their car collided face on with another private car coming from the opposite direction at heavy speed.
After the heavy sound of the crash, some local people, drivers and passengers from some vehicles travelling through NH rushed to the spot and by cutting the doors of the cars, they recovered all the injured persons.
Among the passengers of both cars, Debadrita Chowdhury was found dead and her husband Aditya Saha and mother-in-law Laxmi Saha were seriously injured in the mishap. Two persons including the driver of the other vehicle, identified as Utpal Saha (28) and Rana Sutradhar (33) also suffered critical injuries.
