Sepahijala DM issued show-cause notices to late comer 30 employees
District Magistrate (DM) of Sepahijala district Dr Siddharth Shiv Jaiswal has issued show- cause notices to 30 employees who have been habitually late comers in office.
Addressing the media, DM said that a total 29 to 30 staff of the office often arrived late in the office, hampering the smooth delivery of public services. In order to tackle this issue, the District Magistrate has taken a stern stance, issuing show cause notices to 30 staff members who have been consistently joining late in office from its scheduled time . This move aims to make the public service more effective and efficient.
Dr Jaiswal emphasized the importance of punctuality and discipline in the workplace, appealing to all staff members to arrive on time. He also underscored the need for the public to have trust in the administration, ensuring that anyone visiting the office can rely on prompt and efficient service. He stated that the intention is to motivate the employees not to come late and be punctual for the public services.
The District Magistrate's crackdown on tardy staff is seen as a step towards improving the overall functioning of the office and enhancing the delivery of public services. By taking strict action against latecomers, Dr Jaiswal hopes to instill a sense of responsibility and accountability among his employees.
