Smugglers attack on BSF personnel in Sonamura, one jawan injured
In an incident of stone pelting by smugglers and miscreants in the night intervening 3rd and 4th February 2024, one Border Security Force (BSF) jawan namely CT Md Rahul Amin deployed at the border of BOP Kullubari sustained grievous injury on his face and body .
The place of incident falls under Sonamura subdivision of Sepahijala district. The injured BSF jawan has been timely evacuated and presently admitted at GB hospital and undergoing medical treatment. BSF has filed an FIR against the suspected smugglers and miscreants.
