TNGCL office shifted to Lichubagan
In the greater interest of the stakeholders, TNGCL’s Customer Care Centre of Krishnanagar near Banerjee Para of Agartala has been shifted to Mukut Bipani Bitan, on its 2nd Floor at Lichubagan area of the capital city with effect from March 2, 2024, said Chandan Chakraborty, Manager (Operational) on Monday.
All sorts of Customer-related services including payment of bills, adjustment or reconciliation of bills, gas connection issues,re-allocation of pipeline gas, resumption of lines etc from now onwards can be had from the newly allocated address at Mukut Bipani Bitan, Lichubagan. All stakeholders including the customers who were availing various customer care services from Agartala’s Krishnagar Office are especially requested that from now on to avail of those services they are required to go to the Customers Care Centre relocated at Lichubagan. The Krishnagar Customers Care Centre is already closed. The TNGC authority seeks the cooperation of all stakeholders to sustain its activities smoothly. Mention may be mentioned here that TNGCL’s (Tripura Natural Gas Company Ltd (a joint venture of GAIL (India) Ltd, Govt of Tripura & Govt. of Assam) is the key eco-friendly fuel energy provider by connecting CNG and PNG across the state.
