Tripura CM meets Governor-designate Jishnu Dev Varma, convey greetings
Chief Minister Prof. Dr Manik Saha on Monday met former Deputy Chief Minister of Tripura, Jishnu Dev Varma, who has been appointed as the Governor of Telangana.
Dr Saha expressed his pride and joy in Dev Varma's remarkable achievement, noting that he is the first person from Tripura to ascend to the prestigious position of Governor in any state.
During their meeting at Dev Varma's residence, Dr. Saha extended his heartfelt greetings and best wishes for the new journey that lies ahead.
Dr Saha also conveyed his confidence that Dev Varma's experience and dedication will serve as an inspiration and bring positive changes in his new role.
