Tripura Guv, Chhattisgarh CM donate to CMRF for flood relief
The donation drive for flood relief in the state has gained significant momentum following appeal by Chief Minister Prof. DrManik Saha.
Many individuals and social organizations, including Tripura Governor Indrasena Reddy Nallu and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, have contributed to the flood relief efforts.
Dr. Saha informed on X that Tripura Governor Indrasena Nallu Reddy has donated his one month's salary of Rs 2,66,800 to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund to support flood-affected citizens. The Secretary of the Governor, Uttam Kumar Chakma, presented the cheque today.
Additionally, Dr. Saha informed that Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has pledged Rs 15 Crore. Other contributions include, Piyali Roy: Rs 25,000, Tripura State NSS Cell: Rs 50,000, Cosmopolitan Club: Rs 31,000, All Minister’s CA: Rs 30,000, UCO Bank Officers Association: Rs 32,001, Dr. Dipayan Sarkar (Indian Psychiatric Society, Agartala): Rs 50,000, Tripura Tourism Development Forum: Rs 35,000, Habul Dhar & Smt. Riddhi Dhar, Shanti Para: Rs 51,000, Sanky Das, Businessman: Rs 2,00,000, Employees of Sports & Youth Affairs Department: Rs 1,00,000, Dr. Anindita Das Sarkar: Rs 10,000, Bangla Sanskriti Baloy: Rs 25,000, Sisir Ranjan Bhowmik: Rs 20,000, Sammilita Natya Prayas: Rs 15,000, Pranajit Banik & BJP Gomati District IT & SM: Rs 12,000, Rupak Saha & Arpita Saha (Shyam Sundar Co): Rs 5,00,001, State Engineers Association, Tripura (SEAT): Rs 15,01,177, Gopal Chandra Nag (Swarna Kamal Jewellers): Rs 1,01,000, Tripura Football Association: Rs 1,50,000, Anik Club: Rs 10,000, Tripura Law Clerk’s Association: Rs 10,000.
