Youth killed in road mishap at Hrishyamukh

In a tragic road mishap, a youth died, when his motorbike was crushed with roadside pitch drums at heavy speed at Matai area of Hrishyamukh under South Tripura district on Monday night.

Police sources said that the deceased youth, identified as Prasenjit Muhari (32) with his motorbike was returning to his home on Monday night and when he reached Matai area, collided with roadside pitch drums. After hearing a heavy sound of collision, local people rushed to the spot and with the help of firefighters, they shifted the injured to Belonia hospital, where a visiting doctor declared him brought dead.
