Shock in Pakistan: Woman strangles 16-year-old daughter after argument over smoking
A woman allegedly killed her teenage daughter after an arguement over smoking in Pakistan's Bahawalpur district on Sunday.

Police told Dawn News that the accused Nabila’s daughter Aisha (16) disliked her smoking and used to stop her.
Police said she got infuriated on Saturday night after Aisha objected to her smoking.
She allegedly overpowered her daughter and strangled her to death in a fit of rage, police told Dawn News.
The police and forensic team reached the spot to collect evidence and later arrested the woman.
The body of the deceased woman has been shifted to Yazman THQ Hospital for postmortem examination.
In June this year, a 17-year-old social media influencer was killed at close range by her relative.
