'I have nothing to hide': Robert Vadra reaches ED office on second summons over Haryana land deal case
New Delhi/IBNS: Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra's husband, businessman Robert Vadra, on Tuesday reached the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office after the probe agency issued its second summons to him in connection with a money laundering case, media reports said.
Robert, who is the son-in-law of Congress veteran Sonia Gandhi and brother-in-law of top leader Rahul Gandhi, is accused of money laundering in the Haryana land deal.
He was earlier summoned on April 8.
Robert has termed the summons as the "political vendetta" by the country's ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
"Whenever I will speak in favour of people and strengthen their voice, they (BJP) will suppress me and misuse the agencies. I have nothing to hide. I have always answered all questions and will continue to do so," said Robert.
As he headed to the ED office, Congress supporters shouted, "ED is used whenever Modi gets scared."

Robert is accused of buying land in Haryana by his Skylight Hospitality in 2008 for Rs. 7.5 crore.
The 56-year-old sold the land to DLF for Rs. 58 crore after he secured the permit to develop a housing society and the valuation of the land increased.
