The tragic news has sent shockwaves through both the Marathi and Hindi film industries.

According to a report by Maharashtra Times, Chandwade was found hanging at his residence in Jalgaon’s Parola.

The incident reportedly occurred on October 23, when family members discovered him in his Pune flat and rushed him to a nearby private hospital.

Despite being placed under intensive care and later shifted to another hospital in Dhule for further treatment, doctors could not save him. Chandwade passed away around 1:30 am on October 24.

Apart from his work in acting, Sachin Chandwade was also a software engineer employed at an IT park in Pune.

Those close to him described him as a determined and passionate artist who had pursued acting since childhood.

Friends and family remembered him as a cheerful and talented individual who balanced his professional and creative pursuits with dedication.

The film fraternity and fans have taken to social media to express grief over the young actor’s untimely death.

The Netflix series Jamtara 2, a sequel to the 2020 hit Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega, revolves around a phishing scam in a small town.

The second season follows the gang’s return to support one of their members, Gudiya, in a political campaign against Brajesh Bhaan.

Set against the backdrop of post-demonetisation India, the story explores how the scammers adapt to an increasingly cautious population. The show received wide praise for its gripping storyline and strong performances, including Chandwade’s.
