The backdrop of our story is a modern-day village, where technology and mobile phones have reached every hand. Our narrative revolves around Phonibabu, a 75-year-old resident of this village, his wife Sundari, his family, and his neighbours.
The central character, Phonibabu, has remained steadfastly committed to his family throughout a life defined by struggle and various ups and downs.
Through immense hard work, he painstakingly built a home and acquired land for his loved ones. However, the irony of his current situation is that due to his age, he has become a burden to both his family and his neighbours—a harsh reality we witness frequently in today’s society.
