‘Shah Rukh Khan is the GOAT’: GOT star Sophie Turner names her Bollywood favourites, eyes Hindi film
Los Angeles/IBNS: Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner has named Bollywood superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone as her favourite actors from Indian cinema, while expressing her desire to feature in a Hindi film.
In a recent conversation with Firstpost, Sophie—who is gearing up for her upcoming release Steal—also said she thoroughly enjoyed watching SS Rajamouli’s blockbuster RRR.
When asked about her favourites from Indian cinema, the 29-year-old actress said, “That’s tough, but Shah Rukh Khan is the GOAT. I love Deepika Padukone. She is amazing. I loved watching RRR.”
“I would love to be a part of a Bollywood movie. I would love to be a part of the song and dance. It’s such a spectacle. It is unlike anything we will ever see on a Western film set,” Sophie added during the promotional interview.
Sophie Turner was previously the sister-in-law of Indian actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas, who has been working in the West for several years.
She was married to Joe Jonas, the brother of Priyanka’s husband and American singer Nick Jonas.
The GOT star and Joe Jonas separated a couple of years ago.
