Drinking water connection to 4,16,048 households in rural areas of Tripura under JJM
Drinking water connections have been provided to 4 lakh 16 thousand 48 households through pipelines in rural areas of the state under Jal Jeevan Mission till December 18.
Drinking water connections have been provided to 5 thousand 905 households in 8 districts of the state from December 1 till December 18 under the Mission. 310 households in North Tripura district, 633 households in Unakoti district, 909 households in Dhalai district, 511 households in Khowai district, 866 households in West Tripura district, 955 households in Sepahijala district, 963 households in Gomati district and 758 households in South Tripura district have been provided with drinking water connections.
This was informed by the Nodal Officer of Drinking Water & Sanitation department.
