Street drama on prohibition of child marriage act
The West Tripura District legal Services Authority on Monday organized a street drama on the prohibition of Child Marriage Act at Babul Chowmuhani market near Tripura University.
The street drama has been organized for spreading awareness on menaces of child marriage and how collectively people may prohibit the child marriage.
This initiative has been taken by district secretary of Legal Services Authority of West Tripura district, Amarjit Dey. Similar programmes were organized by the said PLV previously on different NALSA topics at different places of the district. The PLV Ranjit Paul was personally supervising the entire programme, where a total of around 150 people gathered to witness the street drama.
