TSECL Invites E-Tenders for Cyber Security and Power Transformer Monitoring Projects

Agartala, January 3, 2026: The Tripura State Electricity Corporation Limited (TSECL), a Government of Tripura enterprise, has invited e-tenders from eligible and experienced agencies for the execution of two major technology-driven projects under the Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS).

According to the Notice Inviting E-Tenders (NIT) issued by the Additional General Manager (Distribution Planning & Coordination), TSECL, the proposed works aim to strengthen cyber security infrastructure and improve power transformer performance monitoring across the state.

Key Projects Included in the Tender

1. Implementation of Security Operation Centre (SOC) and Active Directory (SOCAD)

   • To be implemented through a SaaS model

   • Objective: Ensure robust cyber security compliance under RDSS

2. Onload Transformer Monitoring System (OTMS)

   • For 33/11 kV power transformers in Tripura

   • Aimed at real-time monitoring to enhance efficiency and reliability
